Internal Communications Partner

We are looking for an Internal Communications partner who is a consummate storyteller. You will be responsible for executing & delivering our global employee communications. This is an exciting role in which you will be responsible for keeping our people informed.

What you'll be doing…

• Deliver on our internal communications plan to drive employee connection
• Support the delivery of the internal communications plan, target campaigns and initiatives across all our regions
• Be creative! Apply your creativity to create relevant and compelling content
• Manage multiple projects & stakeholders
• Develop content for Spotlight stories on the internet
• Write, edit and implement communication plans for internal stakeholders
• Establish & execute a metrics framework to measure how our channels are performing

Your Talents…

• Previous experience in an internal communication role ideally across multiple global regions
• Writing & communication skills and the ability to appeal to different audiences
• Creative! A creative self!
• Highly developed communications skills & the ability to think creatively on your feet
• Experience working in a fast paced multi-faceted environment
