About the opportunity

This role supervises our team of Care Advisors and Care Coordinators and the care provided to clients under the now Home Care Packages, soon to be Support at Home Program.

  • Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role works with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the HCP/SaH program to existing clients and continue to grow our client base.
  • With detailed knowledge of aged care programs and covering legislation the Senior Care Advisor ensures the program is delivered in line with quality standards, quality of care principles and internal policies and procedures.
  • Empowering and supporting Care Advisor and Care Coordinator team to provide high quality care in line with program requirements.

  • A proven track record of leading a high performing team

  • The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.



You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • A current NDIS Workers Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check.
  • Current driver's license
