We are seeking a Provisional Psychologist to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of participants. Based at our Leichhardt office in Sydney, this role is ideal for a motivated early career psychologist who is passionate about vocational rehabilitation, positive employment outcomes and mental wellbeing.
About The Role
As a Provisional Psychologist within APM Employment Services, you will provide vocational psychological services to participants under the supervision of a fully registered psychologist. Focused on developing participants skills and expertise, while adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards. This includes providing assessments, interventions, and reporting.
You will collaborate with employment consultants and external stakeholders to support participant progress.
Regular supervision will be provided by a board-approved supervisor, as well as structured professional development and the opportunity to work in a supportive and diverse environment.
This role is Part Time, 3 days per week

Requirements
- Accredited Psychology Degree: 4-year board approved accredited sequence of study in psychology, or a sequence of study deemed equivalent by the Board
- Supervised Practice: Working under supervision of a registered psychologist, either through an internship or a practical placement, to develop practical skills and competencies
- Professional Development: Engage in professional development activities, such as attending workshops or seminars, to enhance their knowledge and skills
- English Language Skills: Provisional registration requires proof of English language proficiency
- Experience working in Employment Services/NDIS environment
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Australian permanent resident
- Must be able to complete and pass a National Criminal History Check and Working with Children’s
