Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality technical documentation in line with Defence Writing Guide
- Translate complex engineering and program information into readable process documents
- Map current-state processes and propose future-state improvements
- Work with SMEs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of artefacts
- Drive consistent document standards across teams and project stakeholders
- Experience authoring within Defence programs (CASG/SPO/Prime preferred)
- Understanding of capability lifecycle, process re-engineering, and continuous improvement methods
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Active NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory)
- Must be based in Sydney
