Position Description

Based on Collins St, this organisation is a highly successful services business at the forefront of their industry. They are currently looking for a strong Payroll Administrator to join their team in a vital contract role for a 6 month period.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Fortnightly payroll processing of a large payroll that includes contractors
  • Administrative duties: filling, set up new employee folder, hand out starter pack, collect police check and reimburse police check expense

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a payroll position
  • Effective time management & organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
