What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and developing scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar platforms).
• Customising CRM components including workflows, dashboards, fields, views, and reports.
• Building and maintaining integrations between CRM and other enterprise systems.
• Managing data migration, data quality, and ETL processes.
• Troubleshooting and optimising system performance and custom developments.
• Working closely with stakeholders, analysts, and developers to translate business needs into CRM functionality.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience as a CRM Developer in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in development languages and tools: Apex, JavaScript, .NET, SQL.
• Hands-on experience with CRM APIs, plugins, workflows, and data integration.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and web services.
• Bonus points for experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with front-end tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and automation tools (e.g. Power Automate).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
