Care Coordinator
Everlab
Date: 9 hours ago
City: Melbourne, Victoria
Contract type: Full time

As a Care Coordinator, you will act as the bridge between our members and the Everlab team, ensuring that each member feels supported, informed, and valued throughout their health optimisation journey. You will provide exceptional service and care coordination, becoming a trusted point of contact for members.
This is a unique role for an empathetic and highly organised individual who will work with our Everlab members, doctors and diagnostic partners.
Responsibilities and scope:
- Medical operations: Enable high standards of care for our Everlab consults by completing operational tasks including retrieving results, preparing medical reports and remedying any system or data issues.
- Care coordination: Schedule appointments, follow up on diagnostic test results, and liaise with Everlab doctors and external partners to ensure members receive the care they need at the right time.
- Continuous improvement of the member experience: Proactively seek feedback from members to identify areas where Everlab can improve their experience and advocate for member needs within the team.
What we are looking for:
- Full-time, hybrid role with 1 - 2 days / week in our Melbourne CBD office
- Strong written and spoken communication: You are a natural communicator who can explain complex information in a clear, empathetic, and supportive way.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with operational tools and software, and quick to learn new systems. Experience with healthcare platforms is a plus.
- Customer obsessed: You treat patients like family. You care deeply about helping them achieve their goals, having an incredible experience with us and go above and beyond to find ways to delight them. You understand the responsibility of working with people’s lives and that success means meaningfully extending and improving quality of life.
- Incredible teammate: You communicate with kindness and enjoy the growth that comes from giving and receiving direct and honest feedback. You acknowledge your mistakes, know when to “disagree and commit” and care more about the team being successful than you being right. You also recognise when to ask questions and help with the wider team.
- Ownership mindset: You’re motivated by what’s best for our patients long term. That means being excited to work on the problems that matter most, never saying “That’s not my job”, being a trusted pair of hands, proactive in learning and improving. Whether it’s delighting patients, training new team members or scaling operations you understand that excellence means caring about the details and always raising the bar.
- (Nice to have) Health sciences degree: You have a basic knowledge of healthcare systems and processes, with an interest in preventative health and longevity.
