Your role

As a key contributor in the EAC team, you'll:

  • Enhance and maintain governance frameworks for EAC services, including ownership, lifecycle, and compliance registers.
  • Lead governance activities such as risk assessments, control testing, and periodic attestations.
  • Drive consolidated reporting and trend analysis across IT Service Management, Finance, Risk, and Security.
  • Support the development of governance tooling and dashboards to improve transparency and decision-making.
  • Manage partner metric reporting and support financial planning and FinOps cost management.
  • Review commercial commitments and evaluate service alignment with capability needs.
  • Coordinate EAC responses for audits (e.g., NIST, GS007) and ensure compliance across the portfolio.
What you'll bring

  • A passion for superannuation and improving member outcomes.
  • Experience in application governance, vendor management, and operational reporting.
  • Strong financial acumen and FinOps knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and visual storytelling skills (Power BI or cloud-native dashboards a plus).
  • A proactive, outcome-focused mindset and a knack for simplifying complex processes.
Who you'll work with

You'll collaborate closely with teams across Delivery & Information, Finance, Risk, and our external cloud and application partners. You'll also support internal stakeholders by streamlining governance processes and enhancing automation.
