You will manage all aspects of the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and payroll, while providing insightful analysis to support business decisions and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close processes with precision and timeliness.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and detailed variance analyses.
- Ensure strict adherence to Hyatt brand standards, local accounting regulations, tax legislation, and internal control policies.
- Oversee brand reporting requirements to maintain compliance and transparency.
- Monitor cash flow and revenue performance, implementing effective cost control measures to protect financial stability.
- Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to support operational decisions and long-term business planning.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team of two while managing relationships with auditors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to promote financial accountability and alignment with overall business objectives.
About You
- Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- CPA or CA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior finance role, ideally within hospitality or a comparable service industry.
- Proficient in financial systems, payroll, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across all departments and levels.
- Passionate about process improvement, innovation, and driving financial performance.
