This role blends account management, business development, and strategic consultation. You’ll be the key point of contact for corporate dental clients, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value, support growth initiatives, and ensure a premium experience across both portfolios.

You’ll be the key point of contact for corporate dental clients, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value, support growth initiatives, and ensure a premium experience across both portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead relationship manager for corporate partners and dental practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and run initiatives to expand the reach and visibility of both portfolios.
- Develop tailored strategies and monitor performance to support growth and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive engagement and adoption.
- Deliver training, support, and educational tools to clients and partners, ensuring ongoing success with key solutions.
- Experience in account management, business development, or corporate client roles ideally within the dental field.
- Or experience working as a Practice Manager or Dental Nurse looking to step into a sales role.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple portfolios and deliver on commercial targets.
- Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or aligners industry is advantageous but not essential.
