About the Role

This position is part of a team that delivers outstanding customer service to both Grace’s corporate and private clientele. The role includes coordinating commercial relocations and ancillary services, and relationship development with some of Grace’s largest clients.

In addition to co-ordinating day-to-day relocations, you will:

• Act as first point of contact for client enquiries, service requests, and escalations
• Manage work orders across key contracts, overseeing job creation, updates, and closeouts
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems and client-specific portals
• Support internal stakeholders by ensuring contract compliance and service tracking
• Assist with invoicing, storage billing, and client account reconciliation
• Manage proposal preparation and accurate data entry into our systems
Provide weekly reporting and service updates to internal leadership and clients

What You'll Need:

• A commitment and passion to deliver outstanding customer service
• A proven ability to create, maintain and develop client relationships
• Detail orientated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong and communication and customer service skills
• A team mindset with the ability to collaborate with operations, warehousing, and the field teams
• Excellent organisation and administration skills
• Confidence working across Excel, Outlook, and workflow systems
Exposure to invoicing or finance support (preferred but not essential)
