Multiple Positions for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) & Export Control Manager’s

Location: Hybrid – Sydney, NSW

Security Clearance: NV1 Required

Eligibility: Sydney-based candidates only | Defence experience essential

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) & Export Control Manager to work on a cutting-edge maritime defence program. In this dual-function role, you will lead the delivery of logistics support analysis and ensure compliance with export regulations governing sensitive technologies.

This is an exciting opportunity for a logistics or compliance professional looking to apply their expertise in a capability-critical Defence program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ILS outcomes including support system design, reliability modelling, LORA, and maintenance analysis
• Liaise with engineering and commercial teams to ensure sustainment requirements are integrated early
• Coordinate export control assurance activities, maintain registers, and ensure ITAR/EAR compliance
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for logistics and compliance auditing
• Provide advice on material readiness, technical data control, and performance metrics

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Defence sustainment/ILS strategies and export compliance
• Strong understanding of MILIS, ADF logistic frameworks, and ITAR regulations
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Active NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory)
• Must be based in Sydney
