We have new opportunity for someone with an eye for detail to join us in the role of Procurement Governance Administrator - POS on a 12-month contract role based in our Head Office procurement team. What We Offer
Reporting to the Procurement Systems Manager the Procurement Governance Administrator - POS will provide a broad range of administrative services working with point of sales and inventory management system to support Delaware North’s Procurement Team and Airports (THS) operational teams.
What will you do?
- Create new and manage existing products and sales items, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, portions and categorization.
- Streamline the process of adding and updating product information to enhance operational efficiency by developing templates and SLAs on lead times and response timeframes.
- Maintain seamless integration (product and recipe links) between POS and inventory management system.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with various departments, including operational team, purchasing, IT and warehouse teams.
- Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on inventory-related matters.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and governance framework and for linked recipes and ensuring SKU level detail compiles with active Supplier quotes and is in line with products being ordered.
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis to support business decisions.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
- Quickly address and resolve any system issues to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
- Provide technical support to store personnel and resolve system-related issues
- Relevant experience in a busy administrative role within a procurement team in a complex and fast paced environment.
- Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills, competence using excel.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.

- Experience with Inventory Management System (SCM) or POS, preferred.
