Freelance Videographer

A professional photographer and videographer team is required to cover a formal corporate Gala Awards Night taking place on Friday, August 23 in Melbourne, Australia. The team will be responsible for capturing key moments of the evening—including awards presentations, speeches, guest interactions, and ambient event details—over a span of up to 4 hours. Deliverables include a highlight video reel of up to 3 minutes, creatively edited with music or selected audio from the event, and a minimum of 50 high-resolution, professionally edited photographs. The team will collaborate with the events and marketing staff on-site to ensure all essential moments are documented. This is a single-event project requiring professionals with their own equipment.

Requirements

• Based in or able to travel to Melbourne, Australia
• Availability on Friday, August 23 for up to 4 hours of event coverage
• Ability to work as a team: one photographer and one videographer
• Ownership of professional-grade photography and videography equipment
• Proven experience capturing formal or corporate events
• Ability to deliver a minimum of 50 post-produced high-resolution images within 1 week
• Ability to deliver a highlight video (up to 3 minutes) within 2 weeks
• Comfortable collaborating on-site with an events and marketing team
• Strong portfolio demonstrating event coverage, visual storytelling, and editing quality
