Job Summary

JD as below: Key Responsibilities: Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders Communicate test results and findings clearly and effectively. Provide expert advice and guidance on testing matters. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the testing process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Contribute to the development of best practices for testing. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present test reports and metrics to stakeholders. Analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement. Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques. Experience with test management tools and technologies. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience: Relevant experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related fields. 3 Must Have Skills: 1. Experience in the areas of mobile networks in 2g/3g/4g-LTE/IMS/5G technologies 2. Test management and delivery - planning & delivery of testing services. Experienced in testing processes & methodologies. Well versed in test estimation, managing SLAs/ KPIs, handling escalations, and teamwork. Working in a Mobile telecom operator environment or for Telecom product testing. 3. Excellent communication & collaboration skills. Need to have people management skills
