About The Role
Reporting to the Area Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the property, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with safety standards and other general maintenance and repairs works as required.

About The Role
Reporting to the Area Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the property, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with safety standards and other general maintenance and repairs works as required.
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, ductwork, and ventilation systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and system inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Valid Refrigerant handling Licence
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Technical knowledge and understanding of Chillers
- Experience with BMS and various control systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- OHS&E knowledge
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Extremely organized with good communication skills
- Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving
- Responsible and dependable
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to follow tasks through to completion
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
