About the role:

This role will be responsible for providing analytical support of Lindt’s demand planning and inventory control processes. Effective cross functional coordination is essential to the success of this role. Developing, implementing, maintaining reports and reconciliation methods to ensure with accurate demand planning and inventory.

This role requires excellent communication & collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure that their needs are supported.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communication to all relevant stakeholders of stock availability and inventory matters.
  • Provide analytical support and insights into forecast trends, exceptions and product availability.
  • Support projects to the improvement of inventory accuracy
  • Facilitate inventory accuracy and system integrity
  • Continuously develop “best practice” forecasting and planning techniques.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all primary tasks of the role

What you will bring:

  • Previous FMCG experience
  • Previous experience across demand planning and / or inventory management
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Highly analytical and ability to develop dashboards
  • Ability to effectively prioritise work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High levels of time management skills
  • An openness to change and continuous improvement. Be curious.
  • High level of ownership and accountability. Comfortable working autonomously
  • Superior technology skills
  • Tertiary qualifications business or technology related field
  • Experience using SAP and Advanced Microsoft Excel
