How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer - Australia & NZ, the role involves both entry-level Compliance work and the provision of administrative support
  • Providing support to the Market Compliance team with day-to-day compliance processes & activities such as: the review of advertising & marketing material, business proposals, policies & procedures, and other related documents
  • Administrative support to the Chief Compliance Officer - Australia & NZ, as well as the JAPA Regional GFCC VP, including calendar management, organising travel arrangements & team meetings, timely preparation of expense reports, management of invoices & reconciliations.
  • Ad hoc projects/tasks as assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer - Australia & NZ
  • Liaising with other Executive Assistants across the organisation
  • Organisation of departmental colleague related activities

Minimum Qualifications

  • The role ideally suits a recent graduate looking to commence a career in Compliance.
  • Excellent organisation skills with a strong focus on attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and complete work in a timely fashion against firm deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, quality, timeliness and follow through
  • Excellent relationship skills, with ability to work with colleagues of all levels of leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
