About The Role
As a Resourcing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment within HenderCare Foundation focusing on the recruitment and onboarding of youth workers. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience, while building strong talent out on the field to support our growing workforce needs.
Your Responsibilities Will Include

About The Role
As a Resourcing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment within HenderCare Foundation focusing on the recruitment and onboarding of youth workers. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of roles across our organisation.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist applicants.
- Facilitate regular assessment centres.
- Maintain accurate records in our recruitment systems.
- Collaborate with HR and compliance teams and other internal stakeholders to support onboarding, training bookings and documentation.
- Attend career expos and events and be the face of HenderCare to build brand awareness.

- Previous experience in recruitment (agency, internal, or employment/job services)
- Confidence picking up the phone and engaging with candidates directly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
- Ability to stay organised, responsive, and manage competing priorities effectively
- Experience working with systems and managing data
