As a result of company growth and an exciting period of transformation, a fantastic opportunity has become available for a Accounts Payable Officer who is looking to grow their career and experience, to join a collaborative team immediately, on a long term basis. This is a part time role, 3 days per week.

About The Role

Reporting directly into the Accounts Payable Manager and working among a supportive team environment, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties;

• Processing a medium volume of invoices
• Account & Statement reconciliations
• Dealing with supplier queries and concerns
• Managing the Accounts Payable inbox
• Reporting
• Ad hoc accounts and administrative duties
• Assisting the finance team
  
  

About You

The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:

• Prior experience within a similar accounts or purchasing role
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A keen desire to provide support in a team environment and willingness to learn
• Customer service focused with enthusiasm and a positive working approach
• Strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail
