Key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with global peers, particularly your counterpart in UK/US/EMEA to synchronise business management and commercial activities, ensuring consistency in financial processes and cycles
- Take on responsibilities for Divisions and Regional growth strategies as required
- Provide exceptional leadership to a team of Regional Business Managers and oversee day to day activities
- Handle client and matter pricing, as well as profitability management
- Lead Commercial Finance projects that align with our firm's strategic goals
We are interested in hearing from people who have:
- Exceptionally strong leadership capability, with proven ability to lead senior professionals through change and transformation
- Demonstrated success in driving sustainable high performance of a team
- Superb networking and business partnering skills, with the ability to engage Executive teams and driving financial performance
- A professional business qualification (e.g. CPA, ACA, ACCA, MBA).
- Relevant industry experience from a law firm or professional services firm and an understanding of partnership models to build and sustain value-driven client relationships
- Experience in Asian markets will be highly regarded
