We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Manager. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in driving compliance, continuous improvement, and quality assurance across the housing contract. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Lead and manage compliance, complaints handling, and auditing processes.
  • Develop and implement internal and external audit programs to assess and improve procedural adherence.
  • Collaborate with Quality & Compliance teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed client reports, including monthly summaries and performance analysis.
  • Support the development and maintenance of key contract plans and OHS&E systems.



What You'll Bring

  • Qualifications in a building-related, OH&S, or quality-related discipline, with relevant certifications.
  • Proven experience in quality management systems and compliance auditing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • High-level computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and contractual documents and manage reporting requirements.
