You will be responsible for proactively managing the Cold Room Office Administration focusing on accuracy, timely delivery, productivity, quality, safety, stock control, customer service and financial KPI’s and acting as a role model for the team.

About This Opportunity
You will be responsible for proactively managing the Cold Room Office Administration focusing on accuracy, timely delivery, productivity, quality, safety, stock control, customer service and financial KPI’s and acting as a role model for the team.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing customer orders before processing for dispatch. Spotting inaccuracies, questionable order quantities and double ups and flagging them to the right people.
- Collaborating with transport providers to ensure that all deliveries are done promptly.
- Monitoring runback and transport productivity processes and escalating them when needed.
- Preparing shipping documents. SAP Goods Issue and invoicing of Customers orders including SAP transactions and 3rd Party Consignment notes (manually and online)
- Investigating, validating and processing credit requests.
- Liaising with Sales and Resolve for any issues that may arise involving Darwin DC.
- Prepares and manages the Darwin Coldroom purchase orders. Stocktaking and ordering office supplies where needed.
- Strong Administration background particularly within a Logistics/Warehouse environment
- SAP experience highly desirable
