About You
We’re seeking a dedicated and passionate Team Leader – Occupational Therapist who brings:
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
- Leadership and mentoring experience to guide and support a talented clinical team
- Highly desirable: Paediatric & adult expertise
- Desirable: Experience working in a community services setting
- A proactive approach to delivering in-home and community-based services
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills
- A mindset for innovation – we welcome fresh ideas and new approaches
This full-time, remote-based role offers the opportunity to lead and shape a dedicated team of clinicians while maintaining a rewarding clinical caseload. You will be working under the guidance of the Area Manager, who is also an experienced Occupational Therapist, ensuring strong clinical leadership and ongoing professional support.
- Providing clinical guidance, mentoring, and supervision to a passionate team
- Reviewing reports and letters of recommendation while supporting ongoing professional development
- Managing a diverse clinical caseload, delivering high-quality therapy services in the community
