About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on DevOps Engineer - OpenShift Applications to join a team driving the stability and automation of modern applications within a multi-cloud environment. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about high availability, performance, and next-generation infrastructure.

You can work from offices in Chur, Zurich (The Circle), St. Gallen, Bern, or fully remotely within Switzerland. Both full-time and part-time work models are available.

Responsibilities

  • Support the integration of new applications into a modern multi-cloud infrastructure

  • Help automate operational processes and contribute to the CI/CD environment

  • Analyze complex system landscapes and help design secure and stable operational concepts

  • Work closely with the team to resolve incidents and improve application performance

  • Take ownership of application security, including access and implementation best practices

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training or degree in Information Technology

  • Some experience with DevOps, container technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes), or automation tools like Ansible is a plus

  • Strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with colleagues and clients

  • Structured and analytical mindset with an interest in system architecture

  • Fluent German (spoken and written) is required; English is a plus
