The Opportunity

CSR are currently seeking a dedicated Distribution Centre Supervisor to lead our warehouse team based in Ingleburn.

Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager you will be delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence. Responsibilities include driving team performance through personnel development, asset maintenance, safety enhancement, and financial support to ensure the efficient functioning of warehouse and distribution operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site logistics and ensure seamless coordination with sales, customer service, planning, and manufacturing.
  • Drive a high-performing, safety-first culture across the distribution centre.
  • Champion continuous improvement and CSR-wide initiatives for transformation and growth.
  • Promote safety, health, and environmental compliance, embedding these principles into team behaviours and processes.
  • Lead investigations and resolution for customer complaints and safety incidents.
  • Collaborate on inventory accuracy efforts, including stocktakes and cycle counts.
  • Conduct regular team briefings and build a cohesive, accountable, and engaged workforce.

About You

  • 3+ years' experience in warehouse and transport operations.
  • Proven success delivering change and tactical improvements in a logistics environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with WMS and TMS systems (SAP preferred).
  • Forklift Licence desirable.
  • Hands-on, results-focused leadership style with the ability to coach, develop and inspire others.
  • Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
