Reliability Engineer

• Based at West Sunshine VIC, covering southern region VIC, SA & TAS
  
  

A Reliability Engineer is a vital role to help build our market position by supporting the business through before and after sales support improving our client Safety, Reliability & Efficiency.

Your Role

• Build & maintain strong relationships with our clients
• Manage a team of Service technicians
• Ensure all Job Safety Analysis records for all technicians for all jobs are collated
• Provide the full suite of corrective service & condition monitoring services
• Installation work and project management
• Collaborate with application teams and regional sales teams
• Submit activity reports as required
  
  

What You Need

• Tertiary or Trade qualified & Formal Vibration Qualification.
• Strong customer relationship management with a flexible approach to market challenges.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate and handle conflicts at all levels.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
• Willingness and availability to travel.
