Randstad Senior Finance is proud to be partnering with a highly respected multinational organisation in the healthcare and beauty space, currently experiencing rapid growth. Based in Richmond, this business is seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to support their Group Finance function on a short-term contract basis.

As Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial insights to drive strategic business decisions. Supporting the Corporate Planning process, you’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, while also contributing to the implementation of a new planning and reporting system. About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly and ad hoc financial performance reports and dashboards
- Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and five-year planning activities
- Partner closely with corporate stakeholders across Supply Chain, Technology, People & Culture, and Legal to align business priorities
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- Contribute to the implementation of the Group’s new planning and reporting system (Jedox)
- Deliver actionable insights through analysis of large, complex data sets
- Participate in Board and Quarterly Business Review reporting
- Build strong relationships across divisional and group finance teams
You will be a confident and adaptable finance professional who brings:
- Strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or commercial finance roles within large or complex businesses
- Proven ability to simplify data and provide clear commercial insights
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. SUMIFS, INDEX MATCH, PivotTables)
- Relivant industry experience, FMCG highly desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
- CA or CPA qualification (mandatory)
