PHE are a leading service provider to the construction, mining, energy, and infrastructure industries with a comprehensive range of skilled personnel, heavy vehicles, light vehicles, and equipment.
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team, working 10-hour days Monday-Friday and 8-hour days every second Saturday.
The Role
In this role you will provide day-to-day support to the leadership team in our Mining Division, which includes:

We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team, working 10-hour days Monday-Friday and 8-hour days every second Saturday.
The Role
In this role you will provide day-to-day support to the leadership team in our Mining Division, which includes:
- Assisting with employee onboarding and off-boarding
- Roster / accommodation and flights coordination
- Coordinating employee training requirements and maintain skills matrix
- Coordinating plant and equipment maintenance records
- Creditor/Debtor invoicing
- Daily timesheets management
- Maintain various reports for Senior Management
- General office and administrative duties as required
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and a strong focus on attention to detail.
- High level verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Well-developed organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior knowledge and understanding of the Construction and Mining industry would be favourable but not essential.
- Experience with MYOB
- Previous experience in a similar role
