What We Are Looking For

We're seeking a Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping how Council operates by driving the successful implementation of our TechnologyOne ERP.

You’ll gather and analyze business requirements, streamline processes, and deliver tech solutions that enhance efficiency and service delivery. By working closely with stakeholders, you'll ensure systems evolve with business needs, while contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need For Success

  • Proven experience in business and systems analysis, problem resolution, business process design, project/change management and vendor management processes.
  • Proven experience in ERP implementation, management and configuration of ERP products.
  • Demonstrated understanding of business process management frameworks and methodologies, including modelling and documenting business processes, process patterns, user personas, interfaces, user stories, use cases, data flows, business rules and workflows
  • Well-developed skills on the use of business process mapping software (e.g. PRIME or Visio) as well as advanced skills in Office 365.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, and commitment to ongoing learning and personal development including knowledge sharing.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, negotiation and formal training qualifications e.g. IIBA or similar).


What's Nice To Have

  • Demonstrated knowledge in the support, implementation and configuration of the TechnologyOne suite of products
  • Working knowledge of Local Government
  • Knowledge of Test Rail
