The Role

We're looking for a Senior Associate with 5-8 years' post-qualification experience to join our high-performing commercial litigation team. You'll work directly with Partner, Christopher Smith, on some of the most high-profile, complex, multi-party disputes in the country, including large-scale, cross-border litigation. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role offering real responsibility, client exposure, and the chance to shape outcomes on matters involving major corporates, directors and officers, and insurers.

About You

You're a strong commercial litigator with at least 5 years PAE, with strong experience gained in either a local or international law firm, and you bring:

  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • Experience with large data sets and complex evidence
  • Confidence working with Counsel and across multi-party teams
  • A commercial mindset and proven client service delivery
  • Strong time and matter management
  • Team leadership skills (or the desire to develop them).
