We’re on the lookout for a Venue Manager to take the reins at a much-loved hospitality spot in Coogee — part of a fast-growing national brand that’s all about feel-good moments, great flavours, and queues for all the right reasons. With over 50 venues across Australia and more opening soon, this is a brand with community at its core and culture at the heart of everything it does.

What your day will look like:

• Running the show in a high-volume, guest-favourite venue by the sea
• Leading a team with energy, empathy, and an eye for excellence
• Creating a warm, welcoming environment where locals and tourists feel right at home
• Rolling out brand experiences with precision and personality
• Working closely with a collaborative leadership team that values your voice

What you bring:

• Experience as a Venue Manager or Senior Assistant in hospitality, QSR, or retail
• Confident leadership and a hands-on approach (plus, the ability to stay cool when it’s busy)
• Strong operational skills and the know-how to lead and coach your team
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and holidays
• Passion, positivity, and a genuine love for making people feel good
