We're searching for a Venue Manager to head up a flagship site in Double Bay for one of Australia’s most-loved hospitality brands — the kind of place locals crave, influencers tag, and guests remember. With over 50 locations nationwide and more on the way, this is your chance to join a brand with serious momentum.
What the role looks like:
- Running a high-volume, fast-moving venue with care, creativity, and a cool head
- Leading, coaching, and energising a team that’s all about people and performance
- Delivering next-level guest experiences with warmth, style, and consistency
- Bringing brand initiatives to life with precision and passion
- Collaborating with a supportive leadership crew that values ideas over egos
What you bring to the table:
- Experience as a Venue Manager or Senior Assistant in a hospitality, QSR, or premium retail setting
- Confident, hands-on leadership and a genuine love for service
- Ability to juggle operations, people, and pace — without dropping the ball
- Flexibility across a rotating roster (weekends and evenings included)
- A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a knack for making things happen
