What you bring:

• Experience as a Venue Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in hospitality, QSR, or retail
• Confident leadership and a hands-on style (bonus points if you know your way around a swirl)
• Operational know-how, team coaching skills, and the ability to make magic happen on a tight shift
• Flexibility across a rotating roster — weekends and peak times included
