Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking a skilled Facilities Supervisor to coordinate reactive and planned maintenance activities across a large portfolio of government service sites, including emergency services facilities. Reporting directly to the Contract Manager, you'll manage contractors, ensure compliance, and support service excellence across the contract.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Sydney with flexible hybrid working options.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate work orders and service requests using CMMS platforms
- Supervise contractors to ensure timely and compliant service delivery
- Manage site access, safety standards, and issue resolution
- Provide reporting and input on budgeting, PO and invoice processing
- Be the key contact for internal teams and the client service office
Essential:
- Proven experience in facilities or property coordination roles
- Financial and budgeting acumen, including PO/invoice management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and written/verbal communication
- CMMS knowledge and MS Office proficiency
- Experience with public infrastructure or emergency service portfolios
- Qualifications in Facilities Management, Building Services, or OH&S
- Driver’s licence and current First Aid certificate
