About the Role
In this role, you will lead and implement change management activities to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption. You’ll collaborate closely with the Project Management Office, business leaders, and internal and external stakeholders to foster engagement, deliver impactful communications and training, and ensure change initiatives are adopted effectively.
Please note, this is a 6 month, fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute change initiatives
- Develop communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement strategies to facilitate smooth transitions
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, including executive leadership, managers, and employees, to gain their support and buy-in for change initiatives
- Develop and deliver clear, concise, and engaging communication materials to convey the purpose, benefits, and progress of change initiatives.
- Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes or technologies
- Continuously evaluate and improve change management processes and methodologies and stay updated on industry best practices and trends in change and business readiness management
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project teams, department heads, and external consultants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change efforts with broader organisational strategies
We are looking for someone with:
- 5+ years’ change and business readiness experience across medium to large projects in financial services
- Experience working in Financial Services (Superannuation experience is highly desirable)
- A strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to anticipate and address potential barriers to change
- Experience working in a collaborative and cross-functional environment.
- High level of adaptability, resilience, and flexibility to navigate complex and evolving organisational landscapes.
- Strong alignment with and demonstration of Australian Ethical values of Authenticity, Action, Empathy, Curiosity and Connection.
