The Opportunity

With over 40 venues and rapid national expansion underway, our client is seeking a passionate and experienced multi-site leader to oversee 5+ locations across Sydney. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives on coaching others, leads from the front, and knows how to build culture just as well as they drive commercial success.

You’ll be the key support for venue leaders, helping them build high-performing, connected, and customer-focused teams. This role offers autonomy, career progression, and a chance to work with a genuinely energising leadership team.


About You

  • You’ve held an Area Leader or similar multi-site role for 3+ years, ideally across QSR, retail, or hospitality
  • You’ve successfully managed 5 or more locations and worked with franchisee partners
  • You're commercially savvy, you understand how to optimise sales, labour, and inventory while keeping customer experience at the core
  • You’re people-first. Building strong teams, coaching others, and creating a positive, inclusive culture is your superpower
  • You’re hands-on, solutions-focused, and energised by leading in fast-paced environments
  • You believe in sustainability, continuous improvement, and the power of a good vibe


Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and develop venue leaders and their teams
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple locations with a focus on consistency, quality, and service
  • Drive KPIs including sales, labour, COGS, and team engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing to activate local area campaigns and foster community connection
  • Maintain strong standards across food safety, WHS, and venue presentation
  • Lead with curiosity, accountability, and a genuine desire to make things better
