The Opportunity

Cochlear has an opportunity for a full-time Digital Content Specialist, Web based in our Macquarie, Sydney office. In this role, the successful Digital Content Specialist will Review results against the digital marketing plan and advise areas of improvement and provides recommendations based on the digital marketing plan.

Responsibilities include:

  • Update, create and maintain our corporate website pages, act as an editor for Global GSM working in Sitecore CMS
  • Manage and update content assets in the global DAM
  • Manage and coordinate all tasks from creation to publishing, including but not limited to cloning activities for global and country libraries, getting content approval under the respective regional and global approval processes, sending translation requests via proxy, proofreading by local designees, and making sure local approval and QM processes have been executed. Actively communicate with project stakeholders in a timely manner to resolve any issues and guarantee delivery based an agreed timeline.
  • Development, creation and delivery of Campaign pages to regions and markets in agreed timeframe
  • Actively working on product launch delivery on cochlear.com following all processes from end to end in agreed timeframe
  • Knowledge about country and regional specific requirements and restrictions Works cross functionally with Global, EMEA, CAM, CLASA, and APAC stakeholders; works with teams to set and manage deadlines.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a content author using CMS platforms
