Implementation Manager – Banking & Wealth Management
Location: Melbourne CBD
Type: Initial 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)
We are currently partnering with a leading banking client who is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to join their team. This is an individual contributor role, suited for someone experienced in driving change within fast-paced, complex environments. The contract is initially for 6 months, with strong potential for longer-term engagement.

This is an individual contributor role, suited for someone experienced in driving change within fast-paced, complex environments. The contract is initially for 6 months, with strong potential for longer-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of projects or streams within larger programs, typically up to $1M in budget and of low to medium complexity
- Provide analytical support across portfolios, programs, and projects
- Apply project, program, and portfolio management methodologies, tools, and processes
- Support strategic initiatives within complex and commercial project environments
- Deliver clear reporting and analysis to inform decision-making and project success
- Minimum 5 years' experience in program/project analysis within complex environments
- Proven experience in banking and financial services, ideally within wealth management and superannuation
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable managing change in high-pressure environments
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Flexible, adaptive, and resilient in fast-moving and evolving project landscapes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a focus on risk management and compliance
