Job Purpose
Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and acquiring new accounts upselling to existing accounts in Australia. Focus customer segments include Banks, Retail Brokers, and Institutional Brokers.

The successful candidate will have experience in the Foreign Exchange markets and preferably established relationships in the industry. They will be a proven self-starter, be able to manage significant senior level relationships, be customer focused and capable of driving our commercial agenda.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and acquire new accounts across target regions and segments
- Manage all contractual discussions with existing and new customers
- Act as primary contact and liaison for all pre-sales demos, POCs, RFP and RFIs
- Establish deep relationships in all areas of a client organization - trading, operations and technology
Knowledge, Experience
- Bachelor`s Degree
- Significant experience in a sales role at a Financial Institution or software solutions vendor.
- Experience with eFX solutions at a bank, broker or software solutions vendor
- Proven experience in managing relationships at senior levels within an organisation
- Quick Learner
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong interest in technology
- Ability to work within all levels of large organizations with diplomatic skills and political sensitivity
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products as well as CRM systems
- 3 or more years of proven experience in a Sales, Relationship Management or Business Development environment
- Experience working with an e-trading platform, FX or other financial markets software product via either a vendor or bank
- Responsible & self-motivated; capable of self-managing. Must co-ordinate effectively with colleagues as part of a geographically dispersed team
