Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who has a deep understanding of the Higher Education space. In this role you will work closely with our higher education customers & be responsible for the growth and retention of these customers. This role is based in Perth.

What you will be doing

• Maintain and continuously enhance a portfolio of existing customers accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention & growth
• Partner & collaborate with the TechOne Direct & sales leadership team to identify new business opportunities
• Develop and execute against sales plans to achieve sales targets from new & existing clients
• Identify and analyze market potential for TechOne solutions within existing customer base, leveraging customer relationships to upsell & cross sell
• Work closely with the presales team, the bid management team and other key stakeholders
• Negotiating price and volume discounts in accordance with the organisations policies and liaising with the sales leadership team, presales, and operations to ensure client retention and continued business

Your Talents…

• Experience in an account management role with an understanding of the Higher Education industry
• Proven B2B sales experience preferably ERP sales experience activities, including lead generation management
• A successful track record across all sales activities, including lead generation, management of opportunities and bids, deal crating deal closing and client relationship management
• Proven success in exceeding sales targets
• Broad understanding of corporate processes such
• Highly developed communication skills with an excellent attention to detail, and strong business acumen.
