About The Role

We are excited to offer a 12-month maximum-term full-time opportunity for a Pharmacy Data Analyst to join our pharmacy division.

In this role, you'll play a key part in improving the efficiency, quality, and overall performance of our pharmacy operations by analysing business processes, gathering and interpreting data, and turning insights into actionable strategies that drive operational excellence.

You will be an integral member of our remote team, which is primarily based in Brisbane and Sydney, and will support our Pharmacy division's Operational Excellence program. Your focus will be on optimising workforce efficiency and productivity within the pharmacy division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse pharmacy workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect and interpret pharmacy performance data to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with IT to optimize system integration.
  • Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Gather business requirements for system upgrades.
  • Develop and report on key performance metrics.

About You

To ensure a confident start in the role, candidates will need to meet all essential requirements to be considered for the position.

Essential Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Analytics
  • Minimum 3-years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industries.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices within the Australian market.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders and collaborate across departments.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and healthcare information technology.
  • Proven time management skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines, and forward plan to ensure work and information is complete and commitments are fulfilled.
