THE ROLE:
We are excited to welcome our newest Executive Producer the Ben, Liam and Belle show based in Adelaide. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career in radio broadcasting and step into a role that will utilise your natural ability to multitask and keep projects on track while ensuring the quality of our on-air broadcast is maintained
What you will be doing and what skills you may
- Ensure the communication flow from the show team to the wider station team is flawless
- Manage the production schedule for the Ben, Liam and Belle show
- Use your organisational skills to keep across busy travel and show schedules
- Work productively alongside talent in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Influence content to ensure flawless on-target execution
- Build segments and shape story-arcs that appeal to Nova’s audience
- Work with the Digital Content Director to utilise Nova’s social and online platforms to grow BLB's audience
- Identify opportunities for content in everyday life and craft that into world class radio
To be successful in this role you will have
- Having a minimum of five years’ experience
- Having an understanding of, appreciation for, and ability to support the commercial success of the show and station
- Having your finger on the pulse of news and ‘what’s next'
- Being highly organised and thriving under tight deadlines
- Maintaining extraordinary relationships with your wide range of contacts
- Having a full knowledge of the Commercial Radio Australia codes of practice

This is a full-time, on-site position located in our Adelaide studios. Our teams are dynamic, engaged and highly collaborative and being on-site will ensure your personal and professional career development.
