About The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a full-time 12-month contract.
In his role you will support and enhance our MySales incentive platform (powered by Performio). This is a key role within our Finance Systems & Data Analytics team, focused on ensuring the smooth operation of our incentive processes that directly impact sales performance and engagement.
You'll be the primary go-to for system-related queries, data integrity issues, and enhancements—working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver a seamless and reliable experience for our end users.
In addition to supporting the MySales system, you’ll contribute to broader business and systems analysis across our finance systems landscape.

In addition to supporting the MySales system, you’ll contribute to broader business and systems analysis across our finance systems landscape.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the MySales (Performio) system to ensure accurate and timely processing of incentive data.
- Provide first-line support for user queries, including system access, data issues, and reporting concerns.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies, calculation errors, and system anomalies to uphold data integrity.
- Liaise with Performio and internal teams to manage system updates, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Monitor system data feeds and integrations to ensure reliability and completeness of incentive-related data.
- Document processes, create user guides, and support training and knowledge sharing across the business.
- You have experience working with incentive systems or similar business platforms (Performio experience a bonus).
- Strong analytical skills and a natural curiosity for identifying and solving data-related issues.
- Comfortable working across teams, with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-focused, with a methodical approach to testing, validation, and documentation.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment, meeting deadlines with accuracy.
- A collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in continuous improvement and system optimisation.
