Construction Supervisor

Our client is a one-stop solution company and we provide project development consultancy, building construction and real estate agency service. We are looking for an experienced residential construction supervisor to join our high performing team. The successful candidate will be the Construction Supervisor.

As The Construction Supervisor, Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Overseeing key elements of fast-paced residential projects;
• Conducting routine site inspections ensuring company standards are met;
• Ensuring key milestones are being achieved within set time-frames;
• Managing all necessary WHS/SMP/Risk Assessments;
• Reporting to the company management and managing multiple building sites at any one time;
• Review and liaison with contractors and building management;
• Assisting Construction Manager of any job defects and rectify effectively and efficiently.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Minimum of 3 years as a Construction/ Trade Supervisor within the South Australia residential construction environment;
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to time manage, problem solve & meet deadlines;
• Be easy going with a positive attitude;
• A clear, confident communicator, who can work well under pressure;
• Excellent customer service and be well presented;
• Current Driver Full Licence;
• Right to live and work in Australia; and
• Be physically fit to fulfil the requirements of the role;
