Responsibilities

• As a Paid Social Strategist you will:
• Develop digital marketing strategies across various Paid Social channels including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and others.
• Drive strategic improvements within OMG’s social media service offering and work with the team’s leaders to develop and improve agency best practices.
• Propose strategies and tactics for campaigns on various media platforms, designed to meet and exceed customer objectives.
• Provide strategic creative input via creative briefs to the design team.
• Keep up to date with the latest industry best practices, guiding junior members of the team in their learning of the same.
• Closely monitor and perform regular performance optimisation on customer accounts under your management.
• Champion client-centricity in media delivery and excellence in driving benchmark-exceeding results for OMG’s customers.
• Act as an ambassador for the Paid Social team and its work to the rest of the organization, facilitating training, knowledge sharing and winning Paid Social strategies to establish and maintain its status as a center of continued improvement.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years experience in Paid Media. Experience with Meta Ads essential.
• Experience managing large budgets across multiple advertising channels and delivering outstanding results for eCommerce and Lead Generation customers.
• Experience in creative ideation and creative briefs, understanding of ad creative best practices and experience with creative testing processes and frameworks.
• Experience in ad creative design is highly considered, but not essential.
• Ability to craft impactful ad copy.
• Experience using AI/ML models such as LLMs and AI/automation apps in assistance of task execution and process optimization.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads preferred.
• Experience in Email Marketing platforms such as Klaviyo highly regarded.
• Experience with Data, Analytics and Marketing Intelligence platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Comfortable and confident in face-to-face communication with clients.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management.
• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field is highly considered.
