We have an exciting opportunity in the Software Quality Assurance team for a Test Automation Engineer.
The Test Automation Engineer is responsible for planning, coordination, designing, building, deploying, and executing effective manual and automated test solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality ICT / digital systems in accordance with the operational expectations and business requirements.

What You Will Do
As an integral member of the Software Quality Assurance team, you will:
- Provides time estimations and breaks down testing automation tasks using relevant techniques, methodologies, guiding principles and tools.
- Analyse test cases identified for automation in order to design & develop automation scripts that ensure the delivery of high-quality test automation outcomes.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test frameworks, leveraging tools such as TestComplete, Playwright, and Selenium. Provide guidance on the selection and implementation of test tools to ensure an optimal balance between testing efficiency, maintainability, cost, and acceptable risk.
- Plan and execute automation test schedules and monitor test execution for quality repeatable test outcomes.
- Manage and document manual and automation test outcomes that enable Test Managers and other relevant senior staff to make informed decisions.
- Foster a collaborative stakeholder engagement approach across all testing activities, leading to successful automation implementations.
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging automation testing and quality assurance technologies.
- Contribute developing testing learning material and adopt test capability area group standards and ways of working.
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with:
- Experience in building and deploying test frameworks in a shared services environment, including relevant qualifications or the equivalent.
- Experience in planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities.
- Experience with automation testing practices, including a broad range of testing tools for automation and performance testing such any open-source frameworks, orchestration tools for building, testing, and deploying, and operating methodologies
