Your role as the Customer Service Coordinator will be the essential link between clients and our Sales and Technical teams to ensure our service levels and customer satisfaction are maintained to the highest standards. You will coordinate and manage the flow of communication between teams to maintain accuracy across the business, while managing customer volumes in orders and expectations on delivery. You will inform clients of variations, timelines across projects, invoicing, sales data with accurate real time data for reporting both internally and externally.

What We Are Looking For
- Excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record of working in a B2B environment
- Experience in a similar role, supporting high performing sales team
- Advanced administration skills, with knowledge across MS applications and the ability to work with ERP systems (BC experienced highly regarded.)
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbally with the ability to influence outcomes with both internal and external stakeholders
- A keen eye for detail, understanding the importance of accurately recording data to be used across the business.
- Understanding of procurement and warehousing processes – from PO numbers through to stock controls
- Oversee the flow of sales orders, through the relevant teams with a focus on keeping the customer up to date.
