We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to support our growing team and help future-proof our financial operations. You’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day financial transactions, supporting compliance and reporting, and helping us scale with confidence.
You’ll bring a strong sense of ownership, a love of numbers, and a collaborative mindset. Whether it’s processing payments, or preparing reports, you’ll help ensure our financial systems are accurate, efficient and ready to support our next stage of growth.
The role
This role sits within our Finance team and reports to our Head of Finance. You’ll work closely with the broader Finance and HQ teams to manage transactional finance, support reporting and compliance, and contribute to the overall financial health of the business.

The role
This role sits within our Finance team and reports to our Head of Finance. You’ll work closely with the broader Finance and HQ teams to manage transactional finance, support reporting and compliance, and contribute to the overall financial health of the business.
What you’ll do
- Process payments accurately and on time, including international transactions.
- Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing and reconciliation in Xero.
- Support month-end financial reporting by working with departments across the business.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts and financial statements.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including vendors and service providers.
- Collaborate with the Finance and HQ teams to improve systems and processes.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to a flexible, high-performing team
- Experience in book keeping, accounts payable or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical and solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CA or CPA qualification (or working towards).
- Experience in a fast-growing or international business environment.
- Complete onboarding and get to know the Finance and Operations teams.
- Take ownership of core transactional finance processes.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Contribute to process improvements and help us scale sustainably.
