The role: Start as a Workshop Facilitator running joyful, structured, process-based art classes for kids and adults. Progress into leadership with mentoring, training, and a clear map to Studio Manager.

Now, let’s be blunt. This is NOT the job for you if:

You don’t like kids (or you’re still deciding if you like them)

The thought of hosting, being on show, or leading a group makes you squirm
